Urban Archive Co. offers products that may be individually manufactured, printed, produced, assembled or otherwise prepared specifically in response to a customer's order rather than maintained as completed inventory prior to purchase. Customers are therefore responsible for reviewing all applicable product descriptions, dimensions, sizes, quantities, configurations, images, specifications, options and shipping information prior to completing checkout, as production or fulfillment may commence shortly after an order has been successfully submitted and payment has been authorized. Standard shipping is complimentary for eligible Urban Archive Co. orders delivered within the continental United States, and, unless otherwise expressly indicated during checkout, no additional standard shipping charge will apply to such orders. Urban Archive Co. currently ships exclusively within the continental United States and does not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories or international destinations. Shipping availability, fulfillment arrangements and delivery services may be modified from time to time. Production and delivery periods displayed or otherwise communicated through the Website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed and may vary according to the product ordered, production requirements, order volume, fulfillment capacity, destination, carrier operations and other circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Production or delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, fulfillment disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, and an estimated production or delivery date shall not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly represented as such.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable shipping address when placing an order and should review all delivery information carefully before completing checkout. Because an order may enter production or fulfillment shortly after purchase, modification, correction or redirection of a shipping address following submission of an order cannot be guaranteed. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, the customer should contact us through the Contact Us form as promptly as possible; however, submission of a correction request does not constitute confirmation that the requested change can be completed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Archive Co. shall not be responsible for delivery problems attributable to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer. Where tracking information indicates that a shipment has been lost in transit, or where an order has not been delivered within a reasonable period having regard to the applicable production and transportation circumstances, the customer should contact us so that the shipment may be reviewed with the applicable fulfillment provider or carrier. Where a shipment is confirmed to have been lost, an appropriate replacement or other remedy will be provided as required under the circumstances and applicable law.

Because many Urban Archive Co. products are individually made to order following completion of a purchase, made-to-order products are considered final sale except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law. We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges arising from a change of mind, an incorrect size or product selected by the customer, changes in personal preference, a determination following purchase that the customer no longer wants or requires the product, or other circumstances unrelated to damage, manufacturing defect, incorrect fulfillment or another legally recognized basis for a remedy. Customers should therefore carefully review all product information, dimensions, descriptions, images and available options before completing a purchase. Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted and, consequently, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed. A customer wishing to request cancellation or modification should contact us as promptly as possible through the Contact Us form. Where production has not yet commenced, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request; however, once an order has entered production, manufacturing, customization or fulfillment, cancellation or modification will generally no longer be possible, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If a product is delivered in a materially damaged condition, contains a manufacturing defect or differs materially from the product ordered as a consequence of an incorrect fulfillment, the customer should contact us promptly through the Contact Us form and provide sufficient information to permit the matter to be identified, documented and evaluated. Such information should ordinarily include the applicable order number, a reasonably detailed description of the problem, clear photographs showing the damaged, defective or incorrect product and, where relevant, photographs showing the packaging or shipping materials. The affected product and its original packaging should be retained until the claim has been reviewed or until otherwise instructed. Submission of a claim does not itself constitute confirmation that the product is defective or that a particular remedy has been approved, and we may reasonably request additional photographs, information or documentation where necessary to evaluate the circumstances.

Where damage, manufacturing defect or fulfillment error has been verified, Urban Archive Co.'s standard resolution is to arrange a replacement of the affected product at no additional product or standard shipping cost to the customer. Replacement products may themselves need to be newly manufactured or produced and may consequently be subject to production and delivery periods comparable to those applicable to an original order. Replacement production and delivery times may vary according to the product, production capacity, destination and other relevant circumstances. Because products are generally made to order, Urban Archive Co. does not ordinarily provide monetary refunds for completed orders where an appropriate replacement can reasonably be supplied. In exceptional circumstances in which a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, or where applicable law requires a refund, reimbursement, repair or another remedy, the remedy required by applicable law or otherwise appropriate under the circumstances will be provided. Nothing contained in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, waive or diminish any statutory consumer right, conformity obligation, warranty, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived or modified.

Certain products offered by Urban Archive Co. intentionally incorporate vintage-inspired, archival, distressed, aged, weathered, textured, faded, grainy, soft, worn, irregular or otherwise imperfect visual or artistic characteristics. Such characteristics may form an intentional and integral component of the underlying artwork, image, design or product presentation and shall not, solely by reason of their presence, constitute manufacturing damage or defect. Reasonable differences in color, contrast, positioning, texture, appearance, finish or other visual characteristics may also arise as a consequence of differences between electronic displays and physical materials, screen calibration, printing or manufacturing processes, materials or ordinary production tolerances. A product shall not be considered defective solely because it contains an intentional artistic characteristic reasonably represented or described in connection with the applicable product or because of a minor production variation that does not materially affect the nature, function or overall character of the product.

Any request concerning a damaged, defective, incorrect, lost or otherwise problematic order, or any request concerning cancellation or modification of an order, should be submitted through the contact us form, together with the applicable order number and such photographs, descriptions or other information as may reasonably assist in identifying and reviewing the matter. Urban Archive Co. may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim, verify the relevant transaction, communicate with a production or fulfillment provider, investigate transportation or delivery circumstances or determine the appropriate resolution.
